Four-Seasons of Fun!
Enjoy the crackle of the wood fire inside in the main seating area after a long day of winter fun. Whether it's after a long day of downhill skiing/snow tubing at the ski hills, or an evening of pond hockey, you'll feel cozy in our cottage.

Winter activities at the cottage include snow-shoeing, pond hockey, ice fishing, small sled hill for the littlest ones (the pond embankments), XC skiing on our trails, ice skating, or snowmobiling on the nearby county trails (OFSC district 4). You can also warm yourselves up on a cool day of fun with a bonfire--the kids can roast marshmallows all day long.

Feel like spending the day away from the cottage?
Try the ski hills in Collingwood, Hockley Valley, or further north in Barrie. Rent XC skis and snowshoes at Mansfield Outdoor Center for a tour on their groomed trails. Enjoy a snowy hike through the Bruce Trail in beautiful Hockley Valley, or a day-trip to Elora (near Fergus) to walk through their little shops and walk the gorge trails. At the end of your busy day, relax in our 5x5ft corner jacuzzi in candlelight.

Appliances you'll find inside:
Jenn-Air gas stove top with one side burners, the other side indoor grill; a full-size fridge/freezer and a roomy pantry to store your week's supply of food, plus there's a toaster oven, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, slow cooker and waffle iron.

We also have satellite radio, a 5-disc CD changer w/ wall-mount speakers, 19" TV/DVD combo in the carpeted basement (sorry, no satellite).

Have infants/toddlers?
We provide a basinette, play pen w/ bedding, booster seat, high chair, stroller, toddler-sized dishes, toys galore inside as well as a few outdoor toys...

Want to bring Rover?
No problem! Not only will he/she enjoy a week from the confinements of the city, he/she may also make a couple new doggy friends in Mavis and Daisy...just be sure to clean up after your pet(s).

Sleeping Quarters:
* LOFT - double in master suite
* MAIN - single in child's room, 2 singles in sitting area
             (captain's bed + pull-out trundle bed)
* BSMT - queen sofa bed, double futon and single bed

* We do have a spare mattress + air mattress
   available upon request
