The home/cottage vacation rentals are directly on the East Coast Trail, and across from the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve, popular with kayakers and boaters.
Blue House
The main Blue House is 1800 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, gently updated to keep true to its original saltbox structure.
The lovely serene main floor great-room is the focal point of this home, with exposed pine beams, antique furniture and paintings, a wood-burning stove, and breath-taking garden/ocean views from all front windows.
The 2nd floor master bedroom has a new 4-piece bath, majestic cathedral ceilings, pine clad walls, and a stunning adjoining 22 foot Library and Media Centre.
A spacious second floor deck--perfect for romantic meals or BBQ's--overlooks the gorgeous sloping perennial garden with a brook and waterfalls, a greenhouse and gazebo, and bird islands of the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve.
Blue House Cottage
Adjacent to the main house is the Blue House Cottage nestled in Fir trees and looking out to the sea. The serene cottage is 400 square feet and was built in 2005. The cottage features a soaring cathedral ceiling and is equipped with a full bath, double bed, sitting area and large cedar deck with ocean view.

$225 per day (3 days minimum) / $1,100 per week
1 king bed + 2 twins + 1 double sleep sofa
BLUE HOUSE COTTAGE
$100 per day (2 days minimum) / $600 per week
1 double bed + single cot available
BLUE HOUSE and BLUE HOUSE COTTAGE
$300 per day (2 days minimum) / $1,700 per week
Both Blue House and Blue House Cottage have direct access to the beautiful garden, gazebo, oceanfront deck and beach.
