OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Beautiful brand new Viceroy with 4 bedrooms and 3 - 4pc ensuites. The fourth bedroom (loft) sits up high overlooking a grand room that includes a 20 foot high Cathedral Ceiling and a exquisite view of Big Clear Lake. The downstairs has 9 ft high ceilings and 3 walk-out exits accessing Big Clear Lake. Also located in the downstairs is a Ping-Pong Table, Table Hockey, Exercise Bike and a Big Screen T.V.. The upstairs has a huge kitchen that is fully equiped with all new appliances, like a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and stove. I also have a washer and dryer.
