Owner's Description: BEACH SIDE COTTAGE - Located 40 km from downtown St. John's this beautiful loft style cottage overlooking the confines of several islands including a bird santuary. Situated right on the east coast trail with kayak launching just a stones throw away. Boat tours/whale watching and extensive hiking located minutes from the cottage. You can even view the whales breaching from your own patio. Panoramic sea shore view. Private but nestled in the middle of a friendly community.

The cottage is newly built with hardwood floors throughout and heated ceramic tile floor in bathroom. Enjoy the spectacular view while relaxing in a 6 man hot tub recently installed on our outdoor deck. We are also open to exchanges of other properties elsewhere, please inquire.
