Owners Description: This cottage is located on beautiful, spring-fed Eagle Lake. With deep, clear water and good fishing, this is one of the finest lakes in Eastern Ontario. The region has a number of reasonably priced golf courses and Eagle Lake is less than an hour from either Perth or Kingston. Water access and separation from neighbours gives the cottage privacy. The interior is nicely furnished and the exterior features a fire pit, lots of dock and deck space and a collection water toys. The cottage has running water, a range of appliances and a wash room with shower. The toilet is in a detached building which also features hot and cold water, a shower and a washing machine.
