	This a beautiful, simple cottage located at Sauble Beach, Ontario on the Bruce Peninsula. The cottage is located across from the water (100ft) where the Sauble River and Lake Huron join. This is an excellent spot for fishing, swimming and golfing. There is a marina and boat launch located on the Sauble River for your pleasure. Sauble beach has 2 golf courses, amusement park, grocery, beer and liquor store. You are able to park on the beautiful sand beach at Sauble for a small fee or along the sand dunes. This quaint cottage is for summer/fall rentals. There is road access and boat access to the Sauble River Marina. The cottage has a private driveway for 3 vehicles. The walkway to the water is opposite the cottage (100 ft to water). The cottage has 1- 3pc bathroom, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The cottage sleeps 8 adults including a sofa bed. There is no wheelchair access to this cottage. The cottage is 5 min. max to main beach fun or 2 min. paddle boat across the water. The closest hospital/towns are Wiarton (15 min), Owensound and Southampton (30 min). There is great shopping at any of these places. Available anytime this summer for families and mature couples. No bed/bath linens provided except blankets and pillows. Security Deposit: $200. refundable after rental period providing no damage or expenses outstanding. Any damage and expenses as a result of your stay during the rental period will deducted from your deposit. Deposit and rental fee must be paid in full separately, not combined.
