Owner's Description: Ideally located waterfront location awaits you at this 1100 sq. ft. 3 bedroom cottage located on the Sauble River, minutes from world famous Sauble Beach. The Cottage features an open concept living area with comfortable furnishings and satellite TV. The front of the cottage is sand and grass with an outdoor fire pit. The cottage is centrally located to many attractions. Great shopping all within a 30 minute drive at Southampton, Owen Sound and Wiarton. The Cottage is available for rent to a maximum of 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).

Weekly rentals run from Saturday 3:00PM to Saturday 11:30AM
$500. security deposit required - refundable at end of rental period.

All other utilities included in rates.
