OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: This is a bright 3 bedroom cottage with a high vaulted ceiling, located in quiet
Sunset Bay off of South Bay at the eastern-most end of Stoney Lake. The cottage faces north and has a
perfect panoramic view of the entire bay through the large picture windows.
There is a large deck on the waterfront side with deck chairs and table. The front yard has a wooden
swing for two, picnic table, propane BBQ and a fire pit. There is also plenty of room for a game of
badminton, lawn darts, volleyball or just sunning. The beach area is shallow and suitable for young children.
There is also a floating diving platform (dock) and a 20' fixed dock.
There is an island a few minutes by canoe from the cottage that has deeper water for diving and very
few weeds, which makes for a fine swimming and picnic place. There is also an excellent public sand
beach within 10 minutes by boat or car.
