OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: The "Blue House" is the two-storey frame cottage on Stella Point, Amherst Island. With
waterfront on two sides, the house shares the use of a dock on Stella Bay. Its wrap-around porch is wonderful
for sipping tea, a drink, or outdoor dining. The Bay, a favourite destination for sailboats, is beautiful
for swimming, canoeing and row-boating. On the Island are bird sanctuaries, sheep farms, a general store,
an art and crafts gallery, and a tearoom. The "Waterside Summer Festival" presents an array of musical feasts.
Fabulous dining, theatre and concerts are nearby in historic Kingston.
