OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: The "Clyffe House - Dance Hall Duplex" is part of a well known Muskoka Cottage Resort.
The 6 bedroom "Dance Hall Duplex" consists of two 3 bedroom self-contained apartments totaling 2200 square feet.
Each apartment unit has a full bathroom with tub and shower, living room, and fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and
dishwasher (lower unit only). The lower level also has 2 queen beds and 2 singles, the upper unit has 1 queen bed,
1 double, and 2 singles. Cribs and high chairs provided.
The duplex is close to the beach with shallow entry and hard sandy bottom - great for kids. Rent includes: firewood,
propane for the BBQs, electric fishing boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, wind surfer, tennis racquets and balls,
beach volleyball, 100 acres of trails, phone, cable TV, DVD. A short walk to the waterfall.
