OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: This cedar framed cottage sits on a slight incline. The beautiful south west view looks through white birches across the lake with no cottages or obstructions to mar the sight. From the cottage it feels as though you are looking out from a boat. There is privacy on both sides. The lakeshore is 50% sand and 50% large flat rocks which are nice for sitting on. Swimming is safe. Fishing is good. An adjoining penisula allows a wooded area to wander in and affords many other lovely views. The east side faces crown land and is a marvelous spot to swim in the morning.

A deck spans the front of the cottage. The building itself is an open concept divided horizontally with the living room area on the left, kitchen and eating area on the right. At the back are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom in between them.

Ducks, loons, blue herons live nearby. The cottage would suit a couple or a small family who want to return to nature in quiet environment. Golf courses and Algonquin Park are nearby.

$200. security deposit required.
