OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Sunset Cove Waterfront Cottage with water's edge campfire await! Calm, clear waters,
ideal for kids as gradual entry...clean sheltered swimming with sand and stone, or swim further out the cove to end
of point for greater adventure. Quaint, private summer cottage has a feel of yesteryear with natural rustic woodsy
interior and 12 opening windows with large picture window facing lake. It features approximately 75 ft water
frontage x 120 ft of your own to roam, and is situated on a private Lake Huron cove away from the hustle yet
close to Sauble Beach.

Blazing, lingering scarlet sunsets signal the end to another perfect day on the lake. Just walk over the front
grassed yard to the water's edge and panoramic shoreline waterviews. Perfect for enjoying the solitude of your
own thoughts by the evening shore side campfire. A real sense of peace and tranquility exists in part as no
noisy water traffic enters cove allowing you to peacefully swim, and for shorebirds and waterfowl to
bring their young to feed and play! Kids can fish right off your own dock!
This treed setting with towering maple and cedars, also has grassed rear grounds to enjoy, and is ideal
for morning canoeing or shore strolls before breakfast. Let Dad push the kids or Mom in the "tree swing" like old
times. Maybe an early dip in the cove with the loons. Take a bike ride on the peaceful road. After a busy day of
exploring in nearby Sauble Beach, Wiarton or Tobermory, settle back on the shore beside your dock with soft scented

What a great cottage...quaint and cozy and the view was beautiful and calming! The sunsets, canoeing, camp fires, the water,
everything was better than we expected. Our three-year old daughter painted rocks, fed the fish off the end of the dock, and
had so much room to run and play she didn't want to leave. It was so easy to relax and enjoy the quiet all day long and the
sunset and stars at night were a spectacular way to enjoy the evening.
The cottage was perfectly situated. We were able to sight-see all that the Bruce Peninsula offers and returned to our cottage
for peace and tranquility.
We wanted to take the opportunity to tell you how much we enjoyed the cottage, it was easy to feel at home and had everything
a young family could have asked for.
