OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: On The Sydenham Cottage - Cozy 2 level, 2 bedroom, fully winterized cottage located on the
Sydenham River, recognized for it's Brown Trout fishing; 6 km. from Junction of 6&10 hyws.
in Chatsworth; 10 minutes south of Owen Sound; mid-way between Lake Huron and Blue Mountains.
45 acres of Natural Wonderland, with over 1 km. of walking or cross country ski trails; on a gently,
rolling paved road, which is used by cyclists and joggers. Located north of an organic market garden
farm and across the road from dairy and beef farms. Snowmobile trail just down the road.
Day tripping adventures in every direction!
Upper level with cathedral ceiling and whole wall of windows, plus full kitchen, full bath
and 1 bdrm with Queen size bed, covered deck.
New lower level finished in 2009 for extra guests includes 1 bdrm with King size bed,
new laundry with vanity and large family room with sofa bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed,
cot and crib. Satelite TV and DVD players on each level. Fire pit and volleyball net,
BBQ and picnic table.

Pricing based on 3-4 people, can sleep up to 8,
please inquire about additional rate for extra persons.
Small charge for bedding, and for use of firewood and propane BBQ.
No telephone available, all other utilities included in rates.
