OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Year-Round Recreational Retreat on 25 acres on the Beautiful Bruce Peninsula, an outdoor
enthusiasts paradise. A very private natural setting surrounded by mature bush on a paved road, within minutes
to a sandy public beach on a lake with boat docking facility, and is next to the "new" 25 km adventure biking trail.
The Bruce Peninsula boasts trail hiking, biking, swimming, diving, rock climbing, sailing, fishing, hunting and
much more.
Very cottagey, cosy, pine wood interior home, with large fieldstone fireplace for those chilly evenings and
garden doors to see the birds and wildlife. 7km to the full service town of Wiarton for all your needs.
