Other special holiday weeks/weekends in Mid and Low Seasons (Christmas,
New Years, Victoria Day and Thanksgiving) available at High and Mid Season
rates respectively, unless otherwise specified. Minimum rental period for

OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Fabulous, large, double suite, four-season home/cottage situated
only 1 1/2 hours from Toronto on Balsam Lake with 100 ft of prime, weed-free, sandy-bottomed swimming.
Access to the Trent-Severn Waterway, 24 km from the town of Lindsay.
Each fully equipped suite includes potable (drinkable), treated, tested water supply,
water cooler, large dining table, phone, satellite, TV, DVD-VCR-CD Player Combo,
Oil Furnace, pillows, quilts & blankets.
UPPER SUITE (1300 sq ft):
Large Living Room, with vaulted beam ceiling and Napoleon propane fireplace, opens out to
three season Sunroom and Sundeck, all with panoramic lake views. Sundeck has its own
patio furniture and propane BBQ.
Large fully equipped eat-in kitchen, Ceiling fans throughout. Brand new large capacity,
stacked washer and dryer included. Three bedrooms with lots of cupboard space, plus queen
size sofa bed and double Futon couch/bed, separate bath with shower, easily accommodates 8.
LOWER SUITE (1300 sq ft):
Scenic lake views from spacious living room with electric fireplace and large, open concept
eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar and dishwasher. Living Room opens onto furnished stone patio
and maturely treed lakefront. Patio has own furniture and propane BBQ.
Two full bathrooms + one has double sinks. Three ceiling fans and full laundry room with washer
and dryer. Three bedrooms with lots of cupboard space, plus double sofa bed and double Futon couch/bed
comfortably accommodates 8.
