OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: This traditionally designed, newly built cottage, is for those who appreciate peace and quiet. 420' of pristine shoreline and west exposure provide privacy and great sunsets. Blackstone Lake is deep and clear so swimming is great from dock or raft. Great fishing, sailing, canoeing, kayaking or tubing.

The first floor of this 2,300 sq. ft. summer cottage features open concept including kitchen, dining room, two storey living room and beautiful stone fireplace, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has a single bedroom and balcony overlooking living room plus master bedroom with a large bright and airy ensuite bath complete with soaking tub. Sit back and relax in the beautiful 24' screened-in verandah, hot tub or hammocks. Enjoy!!
