OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Comfortable 2 bedroom cottage on a grassy gently sloping lot to the river.
The living, dinning and fully equipped galley kitchen is a bright open concept. Water is from a
clean tested well. The living room has 2 large windows and a sliding door to a two level 10 x 24
deck that overlooks the peaceful Burnt River that flows into the trent system. A dock is also there for
swimming. The bird feeder attract lots of songbirds, red squirrels, chipmonks and a pair ot mallard
ducks. Great Blue Herons wade the shore or fly overhead. Moose, deer and wild turkeys have been
seen on the road. Victoria trail for hiking or ATVING is just around the corner. For a restful
holiday just bring food, clothes, towels and take away happy memories.
