OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: This cottage is well suited for family get togethers with large 680 sq ft
deck, seating for 12 and view of lake. Quality play centre for children in front of deck so parents can
lounge while watching their children play.
Very private 600 ft water frontage with 540 sq ft cedar dock and magnificent views. Small Muskoka sand
beach is ideal for children to play on, shaded till early afternoon. Take advantage of 2 canoes, paddle
boat and/or kayak. Dock receives sun at 10:30 am till sundown, when you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets
with your family.
Due west exposure, with tall white pines and speckle hemlock forest on 3 acres. Pet allowed upon approval.
