cabana (only steps away from the water) which is complete with electricity, bar fridge and surround sound stereo.
The air-conditioned Artist-Studio is adorned with huge wooden beams from the Welland-Canal Locks, warm natural cedar
walls, antique bricks and natural river-stones, a wide gracious staircase leads to a spacious master loft-bedroom
with a comfortable queen size bed and newly remodeled full en-suite bathroom. Down on the main floor there is the
living/dining room, the galley-kitchen, with all the necessary amenities, a 2nd bedroom which has a large bunk-bed
(double mattress on the bottom, and a single on the top) and a large window. An additional two piece bathroom is just
off of the kitchen.
Media consists of Ultra High-speed Internet, 40" flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, Am/Fm - CD/cassette radio.
For your convenience there is a propane BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Just a short walk to Balm Beach or if you are driving 10 min. to Midland/Penetang, 1 1/4hrs to Toronto, 30 min. to
Barrie and 30 min. to ski hills (Snow Valley ,St Louis, Horseshoe) The area is beautiful and there are all kinds of
natural, cultural and seasonal attractions in The District of Huronia.
