OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: "Fraser Cottage" is a cozy 3 bedroom cottage nestled in trees and is on Haliburton's
largest and most popular lake. Enjoy the sunsets and fall colours from the extensive decks or from the deck
and dock at the lake. We are situated directly across from Norah’s Island, a 22 acre nature preserve. We are
minutes from the Haliburton Forest and Wildlife Preserve, 50,000 acres of forests and small lakes offering
many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, dog sledding and snowmobiling. Kennisis Lake Marina
is a half kilometer away, offering provisions, boat rentals and full marine facilities. Kennisis is famous for
its clear waters, great canoeing, sailing and boating. There is both deep and shallow water entry for swimming.
Golfing is 20 minutes away. There is a 3 person bunkie for extra sleeping.
