OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Lovely three bedroom cottage located across the road from a small private lake.
Very secluded area with lots of trees and forest for walking, and fabulous sunsets. The perfect getaway
from the city and traffic. Located east of Bancroft where there are several tourist attractions.
Nice beach for swimming and the lake is great for canoeing or fishing. Summer theatre in Bancroft as well
as a beautiful Art Gallery featuring local artists.
In Fall come and enjoy the changing of the season and view the spectacular fall colours in this area.
Winter is a Snowmobiler's Haven, a great winter holiday getaway. Lots of snow, trails nearby.
Bancroft was voted the most talented Town in Ontario and is the Mineral Capital of Canada featuring a
Gemboree each year on the August long weekend.
