OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Lovely, lake front, TWO 3-bedroom cottages, with a bunkie in the middle, nestled among towering pines on Riley Lake. Each cottage sleeps 6+. Fully equipped kitchens, indoor plumbing, hot/cold water, TV & VCR, Gas BBQ. One has a screened in porch and the other has a sunroom to watch the Muskoka sunsets.

Deck and dock at waters edge. Rocky/sandy shoreline. Includes boat and electric trolling motor. Canoe and Paddleboat available. Canoe through beaver dams to "Black River" 55 miles of shoreline to explore. Great swimming and exceptional fishing. 35 mins. to Orillia, Gravenhurst or Casino Rama. Part of QE Provincial Park.

Also available Large Bunkie, sleeps 4, has fridge, no cooking facilities or washroom, for those extra guests.
