OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: This beautiful, clean, and upscale cottage is a renter's paradise. Very large
private double sized lot with 150 foot frontage on Bass lake. Incredible lake views and panoramic
sunsets all year long!
During summer months, Bass Lake has a shallow and sandy lake bottom perfect for children, swimming, fishing,
sailing and boating. Surrounded by large trees, you will feel like you are in Muskoka, where you can experience
fantastic sunsets from the brand new deck with glass railings, which extends the whole width of the cottage,
or from either of the two docks. Amazing exposure to sunshine all day. Visit Bass Lake Provincial Park and its
beautiful hiking trails within walking distance.
You will be provided with all furnishings and amenities. Sleeps 8 from May to
September where you can enjoy additional privacy in the guesthouse on the water's edge. Ideal family retreat
during holiday season or quiet relaxing vacation away from home.
Winter months are also a favorite here, where you can cross-country ski directly
outside your door on the lake. Create your own skating rink for hours of fun or visit the large indoor
recreational center 5 minutes away. Warm up in nature using the large fire pit on the lake side or
inside by the stone fireplace surrounded by enough seating for the whole family.
The cottage is ideally situated less than 10 minutes from the town of Orillia and under 20 minutes
from some of the best ski hills in Ontario including Horseshoe Resort, Mt. St. Louis Moonstone and
Hardwood Hills.
