| | | OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Les Saisons d'Être: Paradise in Haliburton! Spacious fully equipped three bedroom cottage on a double waterfront lot with great southern exposure. Lots of room and lots of privacy! There are two living/family room areas, one upstairs and one downstairs, both with Satellite TV and DVD players. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom upstairs has a double futon bunk (futon/double on the bottom and single on the top) and a single bed. Downstairs there are two single beds and a double bed. There's a four piece bathroom upstairs and a three piece bathroom downstairs. The great deck spans the entire width of the cottage -- perfect for entertaining or just kicking back and relaxing. The cottage is fully equipped with barbeque, fireplace, washer and dryer as well as internet. The shoreline has a shallow wading area with and a large dock for swimming and fishing. There's a trampoline for the kids – big or little! Use of canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 windsurfers included. Hiking trails across the road and only 20 minutes from shopping, dining, summer theatre and arts programs in Haliburton. Pets welcome. More interior shots and information available on request.
